At FarmHouse Fresh, we want you to love your skincare routine as much as we love our rescued animals. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your farm-fresh products arrive safely back at our headquarters.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
