Are FarmHouse Fresh products natural and organic?
We use up to 99.6% natural and naturally derived ingredients. Many of our products are paraben and sulfate-free, and we grow several of our own botanical extracts right here on our farm to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Is your skincare line cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are PETA-certified cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and a portion of every purchase goes directly toward helping rescue forgotten and abused farm animals at our FHF Sanctuary.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our farm-to-table beauty experience to more countries in the near future.
Can I use FarmHouse Fresh products if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our products are formulated to be gentle. However, because we use high concentrations of active botanicals, we always recommend performing a patch test or consulting the full ingredient list on the product page if you have specific allergies.
